Day 1 – Saturday 27th December 2014
Entrants from all over Australia arrive
Registration and scrutineering of cars from 7am until 6pm, late scrutineering/ Registration will be available.

Welcome BBQ starts at 6pm
will both be held at The Archers Manor Newnham

Day 2- Sunday 28th December 2014
Show & Shine and Judging at Royal Park entrants set up from 7.30am
open to the public from 9am until 3pm
Rocker cover racing for Adults and Children and tyre change and spark plug challenges

Day 3 – Monday 29th December 2014
Observation Run starting at 9.30am starting from the Archers Manor we will send cars off in lots of 10 so there wont be too many holdups on the way out of the city.

Day 4 – Tuesday 30th December 2014
A Day on the Green

Dinner and Trophy presentation at the Grand Chancellor 6.30 for 7pm start Neat tidy dress no thongs or T shirts.

Day 5- News year’s Eve …
Farewell Breakfast at the Archers manor from 8am till 9.30
