Entry Details
Entry to the 34th Victorian FX – FJ State Titles is open to all current financial members of Clubs affiliated with the Australian Early Holden Federation.

Entry Costs
Entry costs for judged vehicles is $40.00 prior to the 24th of August, $50 after the 24th August. The closing date for entries is the 20th of September. Entries will be accepted after this date and on the day, but cannot be guaranteed a goodie bag. Your entry fee, if paid prior to the 20th of September, includes a T-shirt, BBQ lunch for the entrant and other paraphernalia. Entry as a display vehicle only (unjudged) is $15.00 per vehicle, and does not include T-shirt, badge, lunch etc.

Scrutineering
The scrutineering will be held at the Early Model Holden Club clubrooms at 1st Syndal Scout Hall, Bogong Reserve, Bogong Avenue, Glen Waverly from noon to 4pm on Saturday afternoon and from 8am to 9:30am on Sunday morning. Melways Map 71 A3

Saturday Evening Dinner
There will be a dinner and auction held at the Mulgrave Country Club on the corner Wellington Road and Jells Road, Wheelers Hill on the Saturday night. A three course sit down hot meal will be provided, with drinks at bar prices. Price for the meal will be $30.00 per head and bookings are a must. The auction will also be held there will be guest speakers and entertainment during the evening.

Show and Shine
The Show and Shine will be held on the grounds of the Early Model Holden Club clubrooms at 1st Syndal Scout Hall, Bogong Reserve, Bogong Avenue, Glen Waverley, starting at 10.00am. All entrants are asked to be within the reserve and setup prior to 9.30am for judging to commence.
